Itinerary
DAY 1 - Kuala Lumpur 🛫 Zurich (140km) Interlaken Region (D)
Zurich city tour
• Walk through the pedestrian Niederdorf old town and view the lovely churches of Fraumunster and Grossmunster.
• Browse the shops on Bahnhofstrasse and relax on Lindenhof.

DAY 2 - Interlaken Region (17km) Grindelwald 🚠 Jungfraujoch 🚠 Lauterbrunnen (17km) Interlaken Region (B/L/D)
Jungfraujoch: Top of Europe excursion & Lauterbrunnen
• From Grindelwald Terminal, hop on the state-of-art Eiger Express seated cable car to Eigergletscher station to connect Jungfraubahn train up to the top passing through a mountain tunnel.
• View the vast expanse of the Aletsch Glacier from the Sphinx Terrace and experience fresh snow mountain feel at the Glacier Plateau before marvelling at the sensational ice sculptures at Ice Palace.
• At your own costs, enjoy snow fun activities such as snowboarding , snow tubing or sledding on the glacier at Snow Fun Park. (opened mid-May -October)
• Photo-stop at gorgeous Lauterbrunnen with the Staubbach Falls beside it before returning to Interlaken for some leisure time.

DAY 3 - Interlaken (77km) Bern (91km) Lausanne (B/L)
Bern city tour
• Stroll through the Old Town with rows of beautiful covered arcades.
• See the iconic Zytglogge Clock Tower and enjoy panoramic Old Town view from Rosengarten.
• Look out for the adorable bears in Bear Park.

Gruyeres & Broc tour
• Stroll the medieval pedestrian village of Gruyeres with the imposing Gruyeres Castle at the top and a Franciscan monastery.
• Drop in La Maison Du Gruyere, a demonstration dairy & cheese factory before entrance into Cailler-Maison Chocolate Factory in Broc to tour the production line and satisfy your cravings in the chocolate tasting section.

DAY 5 - Valais RegionZermattValais Region (B/D)

• Take a lovely walk along the waterfront garden promenade , explore the lovely villas, stroll the charming alleys full of boutiques and have your IG pose at the most iconic spot on top of Salita Serbelloni.
• Enjoy a slow cruise across Lake Como and be memerized by numerous villages, villas and landscapes along the way.

Trip Policies

1. Price all inclusive per person in Ringgit Malaysia.

2. Child Twin Share = Adult Price

3. Child Policy - Child must utilise a twin share bed. Child no bed is not available

4. Triple Sharing for child is based on roller bed. (No triple sharing for adults)

5. Minimum 20 persons to operate per departure.

6. Tour commentary based on English and or Chinese.

7. Deviation allows at surcharge RM350 per ticket (subject to airlines availability and fare difference if any)

8. Name amendment after ticketed surcharge RM600 (14days prior to departure)

IMPORTANT: Deviation request will be auto confirmed should there be no fare difference applied.

PASSPORT AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport with the minimum 6 months validity from the date of the last

departure point. You must have the necessary visas, health certificates & all necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities

of the countries to be visited (eg. exit permit, work permit, social visitor pass and etc).

CHANGES IN ITINERARY

The Company reserves the right to make changes to an itinerary if something beyond the control of the Company deems it necessary, including weather, natural disasters and cultural conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance coverage in regards to trip/tour cancellation/curtailment, accident, injury, illness, medical

hospitalization, flight delay, baggage lost etc. Our staffs will be pleased to assist in the enquiry of any travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit RM3000 is required upon reservation. If reservation is made less than 45 days before departure, the full amount must be paid upon reservation and confirmation. Balance payment must be made no later than 45 days before departure. Failure to comply with this may results in an automatic cancellation of your reservations. The confirmation of your reservation will be communicated to you.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment may be made by online transfer or credit card. Payment by credit card is subject to a minimal administration charge. Please refer sales representative/ tour consultant.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

A cancellation of original booking includes any charges (at the request of the customer) in the tour reservation or departure date, or do not show up at the

departure time for whatever reasons and miss the flight. Cancellation fees may vary during peak periods (public holidays, eve of any day after public

holidays, school holidays).

60 days and above : Deposit forfeited

Between 30-59 days : 50% of tour fare forfeited

Between 15-29 days : 75% of tour fare forfeited

Less than 15 days : 100% of tour fare forfeited

CANCELLATION NOTICE & RIGHT TO REJECT

Cancellation of confirmed booking at your request must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding and received by the Company to be effective. The

Company reserves the right to withdraw any itinerary or any bookings made for a client or decline or refuse any person as a member of the tour before the

commencement of the tour, if it appears to the Company that any such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the foregoing events, the Company's sole liability shall be limited to a refund of tour fare paid.
